I don't have my pictures up yet, but newsflash! SOFIA IS ONE YEAR OLD! I get all teary thinking about her and the incredible year we've had. Our every day miracle.
She had a fantastic birthday weekend--complete with THREE birthday cakes, lots of food, friends, presents and love. I'll be back shortly with a complete photo update.
